This series is designed
to be as light as possible while still retaining strength and efficiency.
Lighter gears and lighter central rod.
Black anodized and teflon
coated aluminium stem and base produced with CNC process with no cast components.
Torlon/Peek roller bearings.
Lighter racing self-tailing arm
and resin selfadjusting self-tailing disks.

These models are available with 2 or 3 reduced speed.
All the lightened gears are fitted with roller bearings, the drum works
on wide diameter resin (Torlon/Peek) roller and ball bearings.
The
push-button on the base starts the first gear (the faster); second and third
gear are automatically selected simply reversing the rotation of the handle.

P2, P3 : power with the first (fast), second (medium) and third (slow) gear
S1, S2, S3 : recovery speed, the length of line recovered with one turn
of the handle in first, second and third gear
THREE SPEED WINCH
W100.3R
A very fast first gear ratio, therefore direct, capable
of winding 80 m per minute.
A second reduced gear ratio (power 25:1)
which will be the most used.
A third slow gear ratio, therefore high
power, 100:1 with automatic insertion.
RACE VERSION
Means
minimum weight and therefore titanium alloy gears, resin bearings; base
structure in light alloy entirely produced by CNC machining (no casted components).
The resulting weight is 17 kg.
EFFICIENCY
The drum runs on 2 roller bearings
and one ball type bearing made completely in resin (torlon). Of particular
note is the large main roller bearing which is wider than the drum itself
and which works externally on the toothed ring gear.
All the gears
are mounted on roller bearings for radial loads and on ball bearings for
axial loads. There are a total of 20 bearings.
SELF-TAILING
Pre-loaded it automatically adjusts to the various diameters of the line
from 8 mm up to 16 mm..
These winches are always driven from a coffee
grinder pedestal.
